The Deluxe King Suite was spacious and comfortable. The living area was nice for hanging out, and the indoor pool was a great spot to relax. However, the TV didn’t work, and I had to put some serious effort into flushing the toilet. It felt a bit awkward with the heating too—never heard it kick on. Overall, it was okay, but there were definitely some maintenance issues.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The mattress in my King Room was far too soft, leaving me in pain throughout the night. Additionally, there was a pervasive smell of smoke wafting from nearby rooms, which nobody addressed during my entire stay, making it unbearable. To top it off, I found the staff unresponsive when I tried to resolve these issues.
